3. Once the CAD is approved from your side. We will Cut & Polish your Moissanite Diamond and start the jewelry manufacturing process.
4. When your jewelry is ready to ship, we will share the Images & Videos of your jewelry and then ship it with an international courier company.

✧ Yes, most of our designs can be customized to suit your taste and lifestyle, as an example Moissanite can be replaced with Diamond, Sapphires or Emeralds, prong styles can be changes from traditional to claw. Simple design changes will add a extra minimal fee, if the ring design changes in a more significant way like two rings put together, larger or smaller stones are required, a design element is added or removed or if a design image is required, there will be additional charges, or the design may be considered custom at the designer's discretion. ✧ We will accept return and exchange on most pieces. Items must be returned in unworn condition within 30 days of receipt. All returns will incur a 30% restocking fee on CVD Jewelry & 20% on Moissanite Jewelry. If you want to exchange your piece, we'll apply full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or grater value.

✧ Yes, absolutely. As long as it’s aCamila Brown piece (that is not an eternity band version of one of our designs) we will resize it at minimal cost.

✧Full Eternity Rings: Rings featuring a shank adorned with full eternity stones cannot be resized due to their intricate design. Instead, customers are encouraged to exchange the ring for the correct size. Our customer service team is happy to assist with this process.

✧Plain Gold Bands: In some cases, if resizing is not ideal, we may offer an exchange for an identical ring in your size instead. This is only applicable for plain gold bands without any stones. The exchanged ring will be handcrafted from scratch, ensuring the same quality and craftsmanship.
