Lifetime Warranty
We stand by our work.
There are a few limitations to our warranty:
Lost Center/Focal Stones: Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance in your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.
One-of-a-Kind Stones: Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.
Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.
Repair Fees: All repair work is free within the first one year of ownership (except the replacement of focal stones). After one year of ownership, we will charge a small labor fee and/or materials fee for your repair service. If there is physical damage to your jewelry, there will be a minimal charge based on the extent of the damage. However, if the damage is due to manufacturing issues, there will be no charge under the lifetime warranty.
Resizing: At Camila Brown, we understand the importance of a perfect fit when it comes to your jewelry, especially rings. That’s why we offer a resizing service to ensure your ring fits comfortably and beautifully at a minimal cost.
Resizing Limitations: Rings can be resized to either increase or decrease by a maximum of one full size.
Resizing beyond this range may compromise the integrity and aesthetics of the piece and, therefore, cannot be accommodated.
Exceptions:
- Full Eternity Rings: Rings featuring a shank adorned with full eternity stones cannot be resized due to their intricate design. Instead, customers are encouraged to exchange the ring for the correct size. Our customer service team is happy to assist with this process.
- Plain Gold Bands: In some cases, if resizing is not ideal, we may offer an exchange for an identical ring in your size instead. This is only applicable for plain gold bands without any stones. The exchanged ring will be handcrafted from scratch, ensuring the same quality and craftsmanship.
Resizing Costs & Shipping: Resizing is not free; however, we offer it at a minimal cost. Clients are responsible for shipping costs both ways. For international customers, this includes customs fees.
Please note that repairs or polishing done by third-party jewelers will void the warranty.
