  • Custom Jewelry Production: Crafting each personalized jewelry piece typically takes around 2 to 3 business weeks. Upon completion of manufacturing, we'll seek your approval before dispatching.

  • Shipping and Arrival: Following shipment, orders usually reach you within 6 to 9 business days. Please note that Camila Brown is not liable for delays due to severe weather or unforeseen circumstances. We do not deliver to PO boxes. Should a customer alter the delivery address with the shipping company during transit, any resulting delays will be the customer's responsibility.

  • Complimentary Delivery: Enjoy free delivery to your specified address. Please be aware that any duties or taxes imposed by local authorities are the customer's responsibility.

  • Product Modifications: Should a customer desire alterations to the product before shipping, the manufacturing period will recommence from day one.
