We are proud to provide a lifetime warranty on each and every one of our pieces, so you can rest assured that we will lovingly care for your Camila Brown Fine jewelry whenever it needs servicing.

We stand by our work. We will repair your jewelry whenever it needs repairing for as long as you own it.

Also, you can send your jewelry to us at any time for a cleaning and inspection to ensure it is sparkling beautifully and in top shape.

There are a few limitations to our warranty:

Repair Fees:  All manufacturing defects are covered under free repair service within the first one year of ownership (this does not include physical damage or replacement of focal stones). After one year of ownership, a small labor and/or materials fee will apply for repair services.

▶  Physical damage to the ring is not covered under our warranty. However, we can arrange the repair through our authorized jeweller at a minimal cost.

Lost Center/Focal Stones: Our warranty does not include the replacement of lost center/focal stones. We recommend you obtain insurance in your piece for the unlikely event of a focal stone falling out or getting damaged.

One-of-a-Kind Stones: Many of our pieces feature one-of-a-kind stones. If these stones become damaged, we will do our best to replace them with a comparable stone, but color and type may vary, depending on what we have available.

Shipping Costs: Clients are responsible for shipping costs (to and from our studio) for cleanings, inspections, and repair work.

Resizing: At Camila Brown, we understand the importance of a perfect fit when it comes to your jewelry, especially rings. That’s why we offer free ring resizing within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we continue to provide a resizing service at a minimal cost to ensure your ring fits comfortably and beautifully.

Resizing Limitations: Rings can be resized to either increase or decrease by a maximum of one full size.

Resizing beyond this range may compromise the integrity and aesthetics of the piece and, therefore, cannot be accommodated.

Exceptions:

• Full Eternity Rings: Rings featuring a shank adorned with full eternity stones cannot be resized due to their intricate design. Instead, customers are encouraged to exchange the ring for the correct size. Our customer service team is happy to assist with this process.
  

• Plain Gold Bands: In some cases, if resizing is not ideal, we may offer an exchange for an identical ring in your size instead. This is only applicable for plain gold bands without any stones. The exchanged ring will be handcrafted from scratch, ensuring the same quality and craftsmanship.
